We transformed the classic bootcamp format into a community-first activation that carried VCT momentum into Act 3. Under the First To Play banner, players registered at branded PC cafés for the chance to try out the new agent Pine alongside two to three influencers, who streamed and created content directly from the venue.
The experience was built as a celebration, not just a playtest. Themed rewards such as posters and keychains turned the launch into a cultural moment players could take home with them. The activation successfully blended competition, content creation, and community building, and it resonated so strongly that other regions picked up the format and adapted it to their own markets.
